Help with the 803 Day Weekend Celebration

We have an action-packed weekend of all things 803 and we need your help! We are looking for greeters, registration volunteers, set up/break down assistance, cheer squad, and more.

Friday, July 31st - Pre-803 Day Mixer - 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
This is a private, invite-only event for sponsors, influencers, partners, and elected officials. We need volunteers to arrive at 3:00 PM for set up. Break down will start at 8:00 PM.

Saturday, August 1st - 803 Day 5K Run/Walk - 8:03 AM - 10:00 AM
The 5K will be held in the heart of Forest Acres (Corner of 4801 Forest Drive and Trenholm Rd). Volunteers will need to arrive by 6:00 AM for general set up, including: refreshment station management, late registration table/vendor maintenance, cheer squad and awards ceremony.

Saturday, August 1st - Columbiapedia Spelldown Adult Spelling Bee for Charity - 8:03 PM - 10:00 PM. Volunteers are needed for event set up, clean up, greeting, and break down. All volunteers must arrive by 5:00 PM.

Sunday, August 2nd - Movies in the Park - 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Volunteers are needed for event set up, vendor/exhibitor management, clean up, and break down. All volunteers must arrive by 2:00 PM.

Monday, August 3rd - 803 Day Celebration - 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Volunteers are needed for event set up, vendor/exhibitor management, clean up, VIP lounge management, and break down. All volunteers must arrive by 1:00 PM.

Volunteers must be ages 16+. Individual and group volunteers are encouraged. Each volunteer will receive a shirt as an identifier and a special gift from the 803 Day planning committee.
